Spoon Barbell Club is proud to announce that lifting returns to The Barn May 21-22!
Important items and dates to remember regarding registration:
Registration ends: 3/31/2016 – $75 (mailed entries must be received by this date)
We are limiting registration to the first 150 lifters. This includes mailed in entries. If you are mailing in an entry please email us.
After the limit has been reached or registration ends, which ever comes first, we will have a ‘weight’ list. It will be first come first served. So please don’t wait until the last minute to register.
