Spoon Barbell Club is proud to announce that lifting returns to The Barn this October!
Important items and dates to remember regarding registration:
Event: October 8-9
Registration ends:        9/30/2022 7:30PM – $85
We are limiting registration to the first 150 lifters.
After the limit has been reached or registration ends, which ever comes first, we will have a ‘weight’ list.  It will be first come first served.  So please don’t wait until the last minute to register.
