Spoon Barbell Club is proud to announce that lifting returns to The Barn May 14-15! Come celebrate 24 years of lifting at The Barn by slinging some kilos!
Important items and dates to remember regarding registration:
Registration ends: 4/30/20202 – $85
We are limiting registration to the first 150 lifters.
After the limit has been reached or registration ends, which ever comes first, we will have a ‘weight’ list. It will be first come first served. So please don’t wait until the last minute to register.
