Cattle and Kilos Training Camp

This 1 day training camp is a unique opportunity to be coached by high level athletes and coaches.  There will be 4 workouts throughout the day and a special presentation by a subject matter expert to help supplement your weight training goals.

Not an athlete and want to expand your knowledge?  There is a special coaches ticket where you can attend the event and witness the coaching styles and techniques of our special guests.
