Cattle and Kilos Training Camp

This 1-2 day training camp is a unique opportunity to be coached by high level athletes and coaches.  There will be 4 workouts throughout the day on Saturday with a special presentation by Jayne Rose (MA, LPC-S) to help supplement your weight training goals.  Sunday will be a special session for groups of 5 to train for 90 minutes and receive very individual feedback from our coaches.  Sunday will require a separate registration and will be on a first come first served basis.  So don’t wait to sign up!  Please note that you must register for the Saturday camp to register for the Sunday portion.

Not an athlete and want to expand your knowledge?  There is a special coaches ticket where you can attend the event and witness the coaching styles and techniques of our special guests.
